
In order to guarantee the long-term prospect of the company, his values and vision for the future, and to allow the development of the family-owned business SARBEC, both in France and internationally, Patrick van den Schrieck has decided to appoint Eric Jacquemet, his son-in-law as Operational President from1st January 2011.
Together with his other son-in-law Guillaume Jouret, who also works for the company, he will represent the core values that he has always defended within an independent, family-owned company.
He will remain President during the time necessary to hand over his responsibilities in the best conditions, and, of course, in close collaboration with the management team, Michel Gasté, Guillaume Jouret and Eric Jacquemet.
He is confident that they will develop the company and secure its future.

Patrick Van den Schrieck
Patrick van den Schrieck, 67, studied at EDHEC business school and began his career among the pioneers of the AUCHAN group. For 15 years, he was Director PGC (Dry Goods Grocery) and diversifications.
He was also Managing Director of the Mayolande Bénédicta Group.
In 1983, he decided to develop his own cosmetics, perfume and wipes company, SARBEC Laboratories, his brand Corine de Farme, store brands and B to B.
Very committed to his beliefs as an entrepreneur and industrialist, he was President of the Lille Métropole CCI* (for 10 years) and President of the CRCI Nord Pas de Calais** (for 10 years) and member of the ACFCI*** office responsible for international business.
In addition, he is President of the French trade association of toiletries and cosmetics.

Eric Jacquemet
Eric Jacquemet, 47, has been President of TNT Express France since 1st January 2004.
In 1986, Eric Jacquemet began his career within Jet Services as Sales Representative, before quickly working his way up through the company.
When the company was taken over by TNT, he became Managing Director (1999 - 2004).
At the time, he headed the merger of the two companies, Jet Services and TNT Express France.
Eric Jacquemet leads several, separate, associative mandates.
Within the trade organization TLF (Transport and Logistics from France), he holds the position of Vice-President, along its President Philippe Grillot.
Eric Jacquemet is also Executive Member of the GPS (Grouping of Service Professions) within MEDEF (Unions of Employers in France) and member of the founding committee of IMS-Entreprendre pour la Cité, a Business in the community foundation created by Claude Bébéar.
Moreover, he has been President of the ALP – Association Lyonnaise de Prévoyance (Lyons Insurance Association) since 2009.
