Issue
A distributor wants to extend his cosmetics range by launching a range of “Men’s” products in his brand.

    First, our Category Managers will analyse the client’s specific request and carry out:
  • a specific market presentation of cosmetic products for Men
  • a presentation of customer demands
    They will make proposals and define the typical elements in the client’s range
  • Types of products
  • Packaging sizes
  • Types of bottles
  • Etc…
    Once the client has agreed to these, the project managers implement the process of manufacture for the products and co-ordinate the various in-house skills required to:
  • develop the specific formulas (perfumes, active ingredients, etc.)
  • supply or manufacture the bottles (it is possible to develop and blow specifically-designed bottles)
  • create the graphic charter for the product line

The project managers will also accompany their clients throughout the period the range is being developed for sale (boxing, in packs, etc) and in the progression of the range itself.
