Sarbec Cosmetics places its expertise and know-how
in the design and manufacture of mass market cosmetics products, with
its brands Corine de Farme and Institut Phyto, and in the luxury perfumes
sector, with the Jacomo range, at the disposal of the cosmetics industry.
Its industrial subcontracting business is dedicated to all professionals
in the cosmetics industy looking for partners to manufacture a cosmetics
or perfume product for them.
Our industrial equipment and speed of response allow us to carry
though your subcontracting projects (in full-service mode), in keeping
with your deadlines and specifications. |

Design and formulation: integrated R&D laboratory, new formulae
developed each year
Production: an experienced team in full control of the
water treatment and production process, and of the cold and hot manufacturing
process.
Extrusion: we have 9 extruders enabling us to produce over 20
million bottles per year (PEHD, PEGD, PP and PVC)
Packaging: filling and packing finished or semi-finished products
(including one Doy pack line)
Flexible, polyvalent process machinery capable of manufacturing
(hot or cold) and packaging different types of products,

production sites, ensuring that specifications are met, traceability,

Knowledge of export markets with regard to regulations and logistics
through our Foreign Regulations Manager and subsidiary companies abroad.
