To best meet the needs of our clients, we work with a wide array of different materials, including spunlace, thermo-bond, wet-laid and hydraspun fabrics.

Flow pack

Flow packs are the most practical and popular packaging for wet wipes, particularly in the case of baby wipes.

Flow packs are also highly suitable for professional use, especially in the medical sector, as packaging for disinfectant wipes.

Folding formats

With a capacity of 40 million units per year, our industrial equipment caters to all standard formats on the market:

Interfolded (or pop-up)

When wipes are interfolded, the next wipe in the pack is automatically dispensed.
This folding format makes the pack highly practical and easy to use.

Feasibility

  • Packs with plastic dispenser or repositionable label
  • Wipe sizes: 128×200/150×200/180×200/200×225 mm
  • Packaging: from 40 to 100 wipes per pack

Z-fold

Wipes are folded in the shape of the letter Z.
Our production line offers enormous flexibility in the range of non-woven materials, wipe sizes and the number of units per pack you can choose from. Liquids with a high alcohol content may also be used.

Feasibility

  • Packs with repositionable label
  • Wipe sizes: 300 x 120 to 240 mm
  • Packaging: from 8 to 90 wipes
  • Eurolog

W-Flod

Wipes are folded in the shape of the letter W.
This technique allows large wipes to be loaded into small-size packs. These packs work especially well for car wipes.

Feasibility

  • Packs with repositionable label
  • Wipe sizes: 300 x 120 to 240 mm
  • Packaging: from 8 to 90 wipes
  • Eurolog

Crossfold (ou Z-fold +1/2)

Wipes are folded in the shape of the letter Z and then in half.
This compact packaging format works particularly well for makeup removal wipes, baby wipes, or hand cleansing/disinfectant wipes.

  • Wipe sizes: 130×210/145×210/160×210 mm
  • Packaging: from 10 to 30 wipes
